Co-Founder and Partner
Wayne has over a decade of experience in the professional industry and is known for his deep understanding of the Singapore business landscape and his ability to provide tailored solutions for his clients. He began his career in the Banking sector, where he also took on a role as Data Analyst at Bloomberg L.P., before moving to be an external auditor with Ernst & Young LLP.
Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Accountancy, he is adept in financial matters as well as business structuring. Under his leadership, the firm has grown to become one of the fastest-growing consulting firms in Singapore, with a reputation for providing exceptional service and delivering measurable results. Wayne’s dedication to his clients, combined with his technical expertise, has made him a sought-after advisor for many businesses in Singapore.
Ng Wai Jif
Co-Founder and Partner
Wai Jif is an experienced and accomplished professional in the accounting and finance field, known for providing expert financial guidance and streamlining accounting processes.
He started his career as an external auditor with Ernst & Young LLP, with experience in midsize enterprises to public companies. Wai Jif’s expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting as well as his ability to provide insightful recommendations on financial matters have made him a trusted advisor to his clients.
He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with Honors from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and Associate Chartered Valuer and Appraiser.
